Jill Billus

Senior Associate
BIO

Jill has more than 15 years of experience as an environmental geoscientist, providing technical support to EPA on complex projects across the RCRA Corrective Action, Superfund and Brownfields programs. She has provided technical support to EPA Regions 2, 3 and 4 on remedial response documentation, including sampling and analysis plans, quality assurance project plans, remedial investigation reports and feasibility studies. She provides technical expertise related to data-quality assessments, contaminant nature evaluations, and innovative characterization and remediation technologies. Jill currently supports the preparation of Five-Year Reviews for post-construction Superfund sites and provides technical analysis of data in support of remedy effectiveness evaluations.
