Briana has spent her career designing and implementing the systems, structures and processes that empower people and make organizations work. As Co-CEO at Skeo Solutions, Inc., Briana is responsible for Skeo’s administrative, financial, contractual, legal and human resource systems and infrastructure. Briana maintains a deep and thorough understanding of the legal and compliance framework necessary to support Skeo’s operations as a government contractor, in addition to understanding the contractual, structural and financial needs of the company’s work and contracts. She oversees the financial tracking and reporting systems necessary to ensure Skeo’s financial stability and devises and implements systems to improve internal tracking and reporting to support clear, accurate and useful information flows.

Briana is a subject matter expert with over 20 years of experience administering federal contracts and managing financial and compliance systems. She has a deep working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various agency-specific FAR supplements. Briana has designed and implemented several complete accounting system implementations and has led all administrative elements of multiple federal contracts through all stages, from proposal to contract close-out. She has built compensation structures and corporate policies and procedures and is dedicated to fostering a culture and set of systems that enable Skeo to operate smoothly.
