Amanda Goyne

Senior Technical Director
BIO

As Skeo’s Senior Technical Director, Amanda supports and guides the intersection of Skeo’s technical projects with Skeo’s federal business development program. Amanda’s professional interests include research, analysis and communication of varied technical topics for clients and communities. She is Program Manager for Skeo’s contracts with EPA’s Office of Underground Storage Tanks and Federal Facilities Restoration and Reuse Office. She also provides technical and management support under Skeo’s contracts with EPA’s Technical Assistance Services for Communities program and Superfund Redevelopment Program.

During her 17 years at Skeo, Amanda has conducted, reviewed and managed a wide range of technical research and analysis related to underground storage tanks and contamination at Superfund sites. She has also applied her technical expertise to the development of environmental guidance for Freddie Mac. Before joining Skeo, Amanda used stable isotope geochemistry techniques to study population and food web dynamics in marine and estuarine environments. She still misses spending summers in the salt marsh.

Passionate about exploring the outdoors with family and friends; loves to putter around the garden and watch the changes; finds comfort in falling rain and snow (within reason); loves traveling (and returning home after travel); “mama” to two adventurous kids.
