Superfund Program and Reuse Economics Expert
BIO

Treat is an economics wizard and project management guru. He uses 18 years of environmental, employment and health-related data collection, and analysis expertise to improve land and communities impacted by uncontrolled releases of hazardous waste.

At Skeo, he works with a talented and dedicated interdisciplinary team that has conducted over 200 reviews of Superfund sites and analyzed the beneficial effects of redeveloping over 50 previously contaminated sites across the United States. Treat is driven to find ways to show people how positive opportunities can arise where once there was destruction and contamination. He has a diverse background, with a foundation in environmental and agricultural economics and soil science, and practical experience in emergency services.
